This Winemaker Take Over at Osteria Crescendo is bringing you one of the most celebrated natural winegrowers of Veneto in an interactive dining experience.
Your host, Emma Trestin, Musella Winery’s Sommelier and Director of Operations will be honored to meet you and the wines of Musella will be available during the course of the evening for consumption and retail purchase
Tenuta Musella is a family estate owned and operated by Maddalena Pasqua Di Bisceglie, a pioneer in the return of biodynamic farming and natural winemaking in the region.
Musella is a Demeter certified biodynamic property, and they remain committed to using natural practices with zero interference; pruning is carried out with the utmost care, fungicide pesticides and herbicides treatments are all-natural.
There are no synthetic fertilizers used. The winegrower’s beliefs are to allow a natural ecosystem to exist and flourish amongst the vineyards allowing healthy and happy vines.
Wines are aged in the cellar, using various methods. The winegrowers use oak and natural local marble for fermentation and aging vessels.
